My Body Was Spiralling Out Of Control And I Didn't Know How To Put The Brakes On!

...My life was so predictable, I would wake up every morning feeling ashamed and so angry at myself for getting into this situation and the more unhappy I felt...the more I would eat.

With some spurring on from my wife I decided it was time. I knew I could do better. I knew there was more to life than this. I was going to stop eating rubbish, start exercising and become a new person.

I told myself that I was going to prove to the world that I could change, "I would show everybody what I was capable of!"

I was just so desperate to rid myself of man boobs and that moon face...


Determined To Succeed, I Tested Every Way I Could Think Of Losing Weight...


  • I whittled away all of my spare time doing boring workouts on cardio machines in the gym.

  • I tried changing WHAT I was eating and WHEN I was eating: high protein, low fat, low carb, no carb... All of this I realise now was a complete waste of time not to mention how unhealthy and down right dangerous these methods can be! I even tried the Atkins diet which made me weak and unable to exercise at all and it gave me monster bad breath, dizzy spells and my concentration levels plummeted. It was a struggle just trying to stay awake at work!

  • I heard that doing weights followed by interval training straight afterwards EVERY DAY was supposed to work. Not for me! All I achieved was a twisted ankle and a week long headache...

  • I tried a number of ridiculous fitness products that promised you six pack abs within weeks. I stuck electrodes to my fat belly and laid on the couch watching TV whilst electrical currents "stimulated my deep abs...to reveal my washboard stomach". -Yeah right, that one lasted about three days. The manual forgot to tell me that spot reduction is a myth and that all the sit ups, side twists and 'Ab Master 7000' electrocution sessions won't do ANYTHING to remove body fat!

  • I became obsessed with trying to get rid of my man boobs and chubby stomach.

  • I had tried EVERYTHING, But still NOTHING was working. I was that close to giving up forever...


The Answer To My Situation Was Simple

I was convinced that I was failing to get results because I had 'bad genes'. "I just wasn't meant to have the body that I wanted".
